Welcome to My Intuition Lab. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account or use our Service, you may provide us with:
- Account information: your name and email address.
- Authentication credentials: a password (stored as a one-way hash; we never store your plain-text password) or a Google account link.
- Session content: ARV transcripts, drawings, and notes you enter during prediction sessions. This content is private to your account.
- Communications: messages you send to us via email or support channels.
Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain technical information including log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), device information, and usage data (features used, sessions completed).
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect payment card numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Research Data Collection
My Intuition Lab offers an optional, opt-in research data program. If you choose to participate, we collect anonymized, non-identifiable data points from your prediction sessions for scientific research into human intuition and psi phenomena.
What makes this data truly anonymous:
- Your identity is replaced with a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) — cannot be reversed.
- Timestamps are truncated to the nearest hour.
- No transcripts, drawings, team names, or game identifiers are included.
- No subscription status or payment information is included.
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in or out at any time from your Settings page. Opting out has no effect on your Service access or subscription.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only with trusted service providers (email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics) who are contractually required to protect your information, and when required by law.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Session content is retained until you delete it or your account. Log data is retained for up to 90 days. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.

Depending on your location, you have rights including:

Request a copy of your personal information.
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Deletion
Request deletion of your personal information.
Portability
Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, signed session tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with information, contact us immediately at [email protected].
