Welcome to My Intuition Lab, operated by Intuitive Forecast LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at myintuitionlab.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Intuition Lab is a subscription-based platform offering educational content, tools, and community resources related to Associative Remote Viewing (ARV), intuition development, and heart-brain coherence practices. The Service includes access to prediction sessions, training materials, performance analytics, and related features as described on our website.

Disclaimer: The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. ARV predictions and intuitive exercises are not guaranteed to be accurate. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Do not make important life decisions solely based on content provided through the Service.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate selected (currently Founder's Pricing of $4.44/month or $44.44/year). Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Referral Program

My Intuition Lab may offer a referral program allowing members to invite others to join the Service. Referral rewards are subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals or fraudulent activity, will result in account termination and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, training materials, and software, is the property of Intuitive Forecast LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Forecast LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Henderson County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
